Hi, I am new to this forum, and I have the Great West van with the air ride on the rear, and I need to know what air presure most people run the air bags at, I have mine at 30 psi now.

The Sprinter-Forum is already chock full of answers to questions like this. A search is a great way to find what you are looking for.
I searched for:
"Great West Van" and found https://sprinter-source.com/forums/search.php?searchid=278172 which included mention of Air Bags in the title of the first thread found,
"air bags" and found https://sprinter-source.com/forums/search.php?searchid=278168 which appears to have a number of answers to your question,
"air ride" and found https://sprinter-source.com/forums/search.php?searchid=278166 which may have some air suspension seat info and some of posts that focus on suspension questions like yours, and
"air suspension" and found https://sprinter-source.com/forums/search.php?searchid=278170 which seems mostly to have suspension seat info but I notice at least one mention of air helper springs.

You are correct. It looks like the software will not save search id's/ hits across sessions.
So try the following:
In each case, you will be given a list of many related posts with the most clearly related likely at the top of the list.
