Default torque specs/tightening sequence

Anyone know where I can get the torque specs/tightening sequence for the intake and exhaust manifold on a 2005 Diesel Sprinter? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

From the 2006 service manual (get it from http://www.mediafire.com/?tzy2jbomzjz )
Exhaust manifold nuts at cylinder head: 30 newton-meters ( 22 foot pounds) (page 9-13)
but then on page 9-15, the table says
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head: 29 N-m ( 21 FtLb.)

In the quite busy table, i don't see an obvious "Intake Manifold" spec.

Ahh... page 9-68 (notice they're using INCH-pounds in the following):
Tighten (intake) manifold bolts to 16 Nm (142 lbs. in.) in a cross directional pattern beginning with the middle bolts and tightening outward to the ends.
then:
Install the rear intake manifold bolts and tighten to 16 Nm (142 lbs. in.) (Fig. 70).
(4) Install the lower intake manifold support bracket. Tighten bolts to 20 Nm (177 lbs. in.) (Fig. 70).

All they say for the Exhaust Manifold is (page 9-70):
(4) Position the exhaust manifold over to studs and tighten retaining nuts to 30 Nm (22 lbs.ft.).

...no tightening order given

[QUOTE=autostaretx;121898]From the 2006 service manual (get it from http://www.mediafire.com/?tzy2jbomzjz )

Finally, a link that works! I also had to download a program that would open the file for me since it is archived, but I found one that was free so that's cool. Got it downloaded after numerous failed attempts on all the other posted links. Don't know what was up with those. Just couldn't get them to work for me. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks!
