2019 ex-ambo floor

Wondering if anyone has ripped up the flooring on a 419CDI ambo and can let me know what's underneath? Looking to undertake a campervan fit out to one, and not sure whether to leave their flooring intact as it looks well secure, maybe lay some vinyl sheeting over it, or pull it out to add insulation and then use the old flooring as a template for a new one.

Would be great if anyone had experience or pics!
