I've bought big bags of the commercial electric black ties at Home Depot and had good luck with them. Probably been a couple years since I bought a bag. There are a shiat-ton of them on my sprinter. Both for the conversion and tidying up the craptacular wire management that MB has from the factory.

Used any of them outside where UV is a factor?
Nothing in the sun on the van. But we used them to attach a bunch of rabbit fencing to our fence in the backyard and they have surprisingly held up for ~7 years. No guarantees that the ones they sell now are the same as what we used back then.

So, apparently there is this group called the Doo Wop project, which is going to be playing in Morristown. I haven't been to a Doo-Wop concert in 20 years. Mostly because all the singers I liked are either dead or nearly there. The problem is every performance I hear of theirs sucks. I wonder how many vehicle fires are a result of Jewish lightning? well no probably more drowned trucks at the dock from that. So GML- Rush has recently picked up a new drummer and is said to be preparing a tour. It won't be the same (RIP Peart) but if they come within a few hunert miles I will go on principle.

I have no idea. The truth is insurance investigators are usually really sharp on picking up that stuff. Especially when finances are suggestive of benefit from it. Doesn’t mean fools don’t do it.
Never cared much for Rush (no shade meant, good music is that which you like), but while I am actually very hard to troll, Rush was a subject in the most successful trolling of me that has ever been done. I’m sure the story would bore you so i‘ll skip it. I will tell you from my experience that the musicians you like tend to die eventually. I regret not going to see a few concerts by people I admired (and/or were friends with) from the Doo-Wop scene, and I will never hear, for example, the incredible smoothness of Willy Windfields voice. Last time I heard it, we were singing together in his living room- or rather, he was singing, and I was strangling a cat in my throat. He died, outliving my dad by about 6 months.
So if you can see them, do it, as we were singing:

Was this a gasoline Sprinter? I've been under the impression that diesel is combustible, and not flammable as is gasoline. Like it's not going to burst into flames with sparks flying around?
